Richie Richard is one of two main characters in 1990s sitcom, Bottom. He lives with his roommate, Eddie, and gets up to standard slapstick shenanigans that no real man would be able to survive.

He is a PERVERT. He is PATHETIC. He is DUMB. He is perpetually SWEATY. And I heart him.

He basically only has one friend, that being Eddie. Even then, I wouldn't necessarily say they get along... but maybe they do, in some weird, convoluted, homoerotic way.
